THE HUNT

Field hunts for geese take place on pre-scouted grain or hayfields using large decoy spreads(100-1600 decoys) and comfortable ground blinds or white suits.

All areas are pre-scouted prior to each hunt to maximize hunter success. The daily limit is 6 ducks, 3 to 8 Canada geese (depending on date and area hunted), and 15 snow geese per day.

All fall hunts end at Noon to allow the birds to rest and the guides and helpers time to scout.

Hunters will be expected to lend a hand in setting out and picking up blinds and decoys if they are physically able.

ALL HUNTERS MUST SIGN A RELEASE FORM PRIOR TO HUNTING.

Fall seasons are:

  • September 15th - 25th - Canada goose hunting (5-8 bird limit)
  • Mid October - Mid December - Snow geese (15 bird limit); Canada goose (3 bird limit); Ducks (6 bird limit)

Spring Snow Goose Hunts:

  • March 11th - April 10th
